📜 The Story of Mystic Arcana

Founded in 2013 by Jonathan Blitz and Mike Sinclair, Mystic Farm & Distillery is a grain-to-glass operation with a focus on authenticity and no shortcuts. Operating on a working farm, they grow their own grains, harvest botanicals, and use water pulled straight from their on-site aquifer.

The Arcana series is their signature wheated bourbon blend — around 45% wheat and 55% corn, with the twist of blending in barrels of 100% corn whiskey. The result? A flavor profile designed to bring layered sweetness, rounded mouthfeel, and a balance between soft grain and gentle spice. Every step of production happens on-site: mashing, fermenting, distilling, aging, and bottling.
